Welcome Zeno Partners!
Welcome to another partnership cycle with Zeno! I'm so excited to launch this cycle and to share a few changes for this year including the fact that we are now hybrid! This newsletter covers a lot of highly important Partnership Launch information so please make sure to read this email in full. Be on the lookout as Zeno leads begin reaching out to plan your implementation schedule for the year and to collaborate on survey planning. We learned a lot with each of you the past year and are excited to connect with you and your team to create more joyful Mathy moments for you and families.
We've made changes to bring more stability to our game development process and we have three games already scheduled for assembly! We will update you in December with updates on the remaining games. Your lead will provide your specific games from this year’s game options during your implementation meeting.
✓ Pre-Survey Planning
We will be working with each of you this fall to collect some much needed data from families and staff via a digital pre-survey. Your Zeno lead will support you in your planning process to ensure we successfully reach our goal which is to hit at least 80% participation from families and partner staff.
✓ Implementation
Zeno Essentials Trainings are now available in person. It will be so wonderful to learn in community again! We are excited to be able to offer 1 out of the 2 Zeno Essentials workshops at your site this year. Following your Zeno program launch meeting your Zeno Lead will send you a calendar link where you will be able to schedule each of the offerings listed below at your convenience online.

✓ Family Engagement
Family Math Parties are back for select partners: We are excited to be able to support our partners in hosting family math parties. If your agreement includes an FMP, your Zeno lead will provide more information during your Zeno program launch meeting! We can also provide materials and links to handouts and/or join your community to help facilitate the experience.
We are also pleased to share that we are continuing our virtual family engagement night. As part of your Zeno program launch meeting your lead will support you in creating a recruitment plan.

It is our goal to continue to spark joy and inspire a love of math. Families can engage their children in each math concept before they even receive their games! Our first game will be ready to ship the week of October 17! Learn how to recognize, describe, and build different shapes with Stick Figures.

The Pre Game
Looking for fun and play with a purpose? Meet us in person at The Pre Game reception, Tuesday, October 25. Experience the fun with your friends and family over a drink and appetizers, a silent auction, and games! Kids are welcome.
