Hello Wonderull Zeno Partners!
We hope you had a safe and joyful close to 2022 and are excited to welcome you to 2023! As we step into the new year, there are a few housekeeping items:
✓ Game Deliveries
Have your fall games have gone home to families? We will be reaching out to each of you to confirm family game deliveries so we can ship your next game, Find Zeno Bear!
✓ Pre-Surveys
Your Zeno lead will be checking in and supporting each of you in your Pre-Survey collection process to ensure we successfully reach our goal which is to hit at least 80% participation from families and partner staff. Pre-Surveys help us understand our impact and fundraise so we can continue to reach families while keeping cost low to you.
✓ Mid-Year Check-ins
The year is going by so fast but we will be reaching out to schedule our mid-year check-ins for end of January/early February. This meeting will be with our Executive Director or Strategic Initiatives Manager and our Assistant Director of Operations to gather your feedback on the partnership year and to begin planning for next year's contracts. As always we want to look at what Zeno should keep doing, start doing, stop doing to ensure we are meeting your needs!
P.S. Zeno is testing new translations for this year's suite of Zeno game instructions! You can download and print the Korean translations here.
