It is our goal to continue to spark joy and inspire a love of math. You can engage your children in each math concept before they even receive their games! Let's explore the math concept of Weight Comparisons.
Weight Comparisons Activities
- Make a homemade balance scale. Ask your child to compare the weights of different objects in nature (leaf, stick, rock, acorn, etc.). Talk about which ones are heaviest or lightest.
- Make a recipe! Show your child how to measure food as they cook it. Let them try to measure!
- While at the sink or in the bath, provide your child with cups of different sizes and let them see how many cups it takes to fill up a container. Estimate and talk with your child about which cup can hold the most water.

Activities de Comparaciones de Peso
