Everett MathFest Volunteer Sign Up Form

MathFest, powered by Zeno in partnership with Everett Public Schools, is a free math celebration for kids aged 3-8 and their families. The event engages kids and adults in math games, prizes, and activities to foster enthusiasm and confidence in math. MathFest will be held Saturday, March 23 at Cascade High School, 801 E Casino Rd, Everett, WA 98203 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, with volunteers participating from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Volunteers will support center set up, facilitate math games, validate prize passes, and offer snacks and refreshments. Training will be provided. Please sign up to volunteer and be part of this exciting math experience for Everett families.

Background Check

Zeno is required to run a state Background Check for all volunteers engaging with the children and families in our programs. By checking this box, you are giving permission for our team to run a background check.

Please note all volunteers participating in opportunities with children are required to:

  • Go through a Washington State Patrol background check. Individuals are asked to submit their full name, and date of birth for the background check and to accept our code of conduct with children.
