When Andriana isn’t traveling, dancing, or singing a show tune, she’s master-minding organizational development strategies and communicating the value of a mission. Last September she joined Zeno as the Development and Communications Director providing leadership for advancing Zeno’s growth goals through capacity building and fundraising.

Donor Organizing Manager, Social Justice Fund 

mano is the Donor Organizing Manager at Social Justice Fund’s Development team. He immigrated to the US as an Angolan refugee at age 6. He grew up in St. Louis, and moved to Seattle in 2008. In 2014, mano connected with the Social Justice Fund as a practicum student and Giving Project participant. For over 5 years he’s been a fundraiser working to build strategies for raising and move resources to BIPOC communities that challenge anti-Black and white supremacist norms in the field.
