Kevin is a respected leader in the technology and e-commerce sector; he’s spent the last 12+ years with Microsoft and was previously with ESPN and Starwave. Kevin joined Zeno’s board in 2015 but he has been a strong supporter of the organization for many years. Kevin is most intrigued by “the integrity of the Zeno team and the mission to help our communities become stronger at an essential life skill – math.”
Kevin found his math role model through his father, who helped him build the ability to understand how to break down and solve problems from a young age . Later on he found more inspiration in calculus class at the University of Washington. Professor Kenneth Bube, “methodically explained math, logically walking through the depth of the problem, making sure students understood and developed the intellectual curiosity to solve complex problems.” When not working and sharing his expertise with Zeno, you can find Kevin spending time with his family, most likely cheering his girls on at soccer and volleyball, or coaching basketball and occasionally golfing.
